Patience over progress
The body unfolds in its own time. We do not push it; we listen to it. Healing is not a goal — it is a relationship we tend.
Ananda was born from a simple longing — for a place where yoga is taught with patience, where healing is held with reverence, and where students are met as whole human beings, not bodies to be fixed.

Dr. Nisha began her journey on the mat over two decades ago, drawn first by the physical practice and slowly, gently, by everything beneath it. Two decades of training in classical hatha, vinyasa, pranayama, energy healing, and acupressure followed — but what truly shaped Ananda was a single insight: that the deepest practice is the one we return to, again and again, with kindness.
Today, that insight is the soil in which Ananda grows — at the studio in Tricity (Chandigarh · Mohali · Panchkula), in live online classes, on retreats in Goa, Phuket, and the Himalayan foothills, and in specialised programs for women, corporate teams, and those seeking acupressure healing. Her motto remains the simplest of all — Experience Bliss.
Not rules. Not promises. Just the small commitments we hold to one another, every time we step onto the mat.
The body unfolds in its own time. We do not push it; we listen to it. Healing is not a goal — it is a relationship we tend.
There is no perfect pose. There is only the breath you are in, and the awareness you bring to it. That is more than enough.
Yoga is not a solitary act. We practice alongside one another — different bodies, different stories, the same quiet intention.

The seed was planted in a small studio in Rishikesh, where Dr. Nisha met a teacher who taught yoga not as exercise, but as a way of seeing.
Formal certifications in hatha, vinyasa, pranayama, energy healing, and acupressure — woven together over years of devoted study.
Dr. Nisha begins focused work with women through every life stage — prenatal, postnatal, PCOD, back & spine — and corporate teams.
Ananda now serves students across Tricity in person and around the world via live online classes, retreats, and corporate programs.
Yoga is not about touching your toes. It is about what you learn on the way down.— Jigar Gor
