Each session is live on Zoom (not a pre-recorded video) so Dr. Nisha can see your team, adjust for skill level, and keep the energy alive. We build in light, fun games to break the day, not just instruct from the front.

5-Day Structure

What each day looks like

A typical 45–60 minute session — though we customise duration and intensity to your team. No experience needed; we work with whoever shows up.

Day 1

Body Reset

Foundational gentle yoga, posture awareness, and a breathing exercise that calms the nervous system in 90 seconds. Ice-breaker mindfulness game.

Day 2

Energise

Standing flow to wake the body and clear mental fog. A short focus-game to sharpen attention. Practical desk-stretches you can use daily.

Day 3

Release

Hips, shoulders, lower back — the three places stress lives in your team's bodies. Partner-based mindful stretches and a fun listening game.

Day 4

Calm the Mind

Pranayama, guided meditation, and a beautiful mindful-eating exercise (yes, snacks). Your team learns how to actually rest.

Day 5

Integrate & Celebrate

A blended class drawing from all four days, plus a sound bath to close. Each participant leaves with a personal 10-minute daily routine card.

Every package is designed in conversation with you. Some examples of what we tailor:

Schedule

Five consecutive days, weekly over five weeks, or any rhythm that fits. Morning, lunch, or evening slots.

Duration

30, 45, or 60-minute sessions per day. Shorter for daily, longer for weekly cadence.

Focus

Choose the team's biggest pain — back/neck pain, sleep, anxiety, focus, energy. The whole program tilts toward it.

Group size

Best for groups of 6–40. For larger teams, we run multiple cohorts on the same days.

Add-ons

Optional 1-to-1 acupressure sessions for senior leaders, recorded sessions for those who miss live, and a take-home routine card.

Extended packages
