Hips, shoulders, lower back — the three places stress lives in your team's bodies. Partner-based mindful stretches and a fun listening game.
Pranayama, guided meditation, and a beautiful mindful-eating exercise (yes, snacks). Your team learns how to actually rest.
A blended class drawing from all four days, plus a sound bath to close. Each participant leaves with a personal 10-minute daily routine card.
