What's included

PCOD-specific yoga

Asanas chosen for hormonal balance — twists, hip openers, gentle inversions, and pelvic-floor work.

Breathwork & pranayama

Nadi shodhana, kapalabhati, and bhramari — breathing practices that calm the nervous system and balance hormones.

Acupressure points

Specific pressure points for menstrual regularity, insulin response, and stress reduction. Taught for self-practice at home.

Lifestyle guidance

Sleep, movement, and gentle dietary suggestions — never restrictive, always sustainable.

Cycle tracking

Learning to read your own rhythm — and to practice differently in different phases.

A small group of women on the same path — for support, accountability, and shared learning.

Format

How it works

Week 1

Assessment & foundation

Initial consult, lifestyle review, and the foundational practices. We build a baseline together.

Weeks 2–4

Establishing rhythm

Daily 30–45 minute practices, weekly check-ins, and gentle lifestyle shifts.

Weeks 5–8

Deepening

Cycle-aware practice, advanced acupressure, and refining the routine.

Weeks 9–12

Integration

The practice becomes yours. We build a sustainable routine you can carry forward.
