The Approach

Slow, intelligent, progressive.

Back pain rarely comes from one place. It is a conversation between weak muscles, tight muscles, posture, breath, and stress. Our program works with all of them — gradually, gently, and with patience.

Sessions combine spinal mobility work, deep core activation, hip and hamstring release, and breath-led nervous system regulation. We move slowly. We do not push through pain.

Conditions We Work With

Common back & spine concerns

Lower back pain

Chronic and acute lumbar discomfort — often linked to weak core, tight hips, and prolonged sitting.

Sciatica

Nerve pain radiating down the leg — addressed through gentle decompression and hip release work.

Posture & rounded shoulders

Reversing the desk-bound slump — opening the chest, strengthening the upper back, restoring alignment.

Disc-related issues

For mild disc bulges and protrusions — careful, doctor-coordinated practice that supports the spine.

Stiffness & mobility

For backs that just feel locked — daily practices that restore freedom and ease.

Stress-held tension

For backs that carry the day — breath-led work that releases tension stored in the spine and shoulders.

Often Combined With

Yoga & acupressure together

For deeper, faster relief, many students pair yoga sessions with acupressure therapy — two practices that work beautifully together.
